Tips against hair loss

If the body has an abundance of nutrients at its disposal, it can also put this energy into hair and nails. Valuable foods include: cold-pressed vegetable oils, avocados, dairy products, egg yolks, pulses, fish, nuts and seeds and much more.

The following nutrients are particularly involved in healthy hair growth and normal skin function:

  • Biotin (vitamin H)
  • Vitamin A, C, D, E
  • B vitamins
  • Calcium
  • Selenium
  • Zinc
  • Folic acid
  • Iodine
  • Niacin

Do not wash your hair unnecessarily often and at a maximum temperature of 37 degrees. Do not rub your hair dry, just dab it dry.

Regular treatments protect against additional damage. Wet hair should never be combed, it is better to brush it before washing.

A healthy scalp with good blood circulation is the basic prerequisite for healthy hair. Massage special serums into the scalp with gentle pressure for around 10 minutes to stimulate blood flow to the hair roots.

Blow-drying, straightening or friction promote the development of brittle hair ends. Once the hair is damaged, it is no longer easy to repair. To limit the damage at an early stage, we recommend regular visits to the hairdresser to have the ends of your hair trimmed.

Hair needs comprehensive protection from damage caused by UV rays, especially in summer. Headgear is absolutely essential here.

If hair loss is suspected, blood and hair root analyses provide quick and targeted information on possible causes.

Braids that are too tight and always worn in the same place can lead to hair loss due to tension on the hair root.
